الشروط والأحكام – منصة الميدان

1. القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك منصة الميدان، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، فيُرجى عدم استخدام المنصة.

2. أهلية الاستخدام

  • يجب أن يكون المستخدم قد بلغ السن القانوني في بلده أو حصل على موافقة ولي الأمر لاستخدام المنصة.

  • التسجيل في المنصة يتطلب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة.

3. الحسابات والمسؤولية

  • أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك.

  • أي نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك يعتبر على مسؤوليتك الشخصية.

4. الرسوم والعملات الافتراضية

  • بعض الخدمات أو المسابقات تتطلب دفع رسوم دخول باستخدام العملات الافتراضية داخل المنصة.

  • العملات الافتراضية غير قابلة للاسترداد نقداً.

5. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية

  • جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمنصة ومحتواها محفوظة لمنصة الميدان.

  • لا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من المنصة بدون إذن كتابي مسبق.

6. السلوك الممنوع

  • يُمنع استخدام المنصة في أي نشاط غير قانوني أو يخالف القوانين المحلية أو الدولية.

  • يُمنع الغش أو التلاعب في نتائج المسابقات أو استغلال الثغرات التقنية.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية

  • يتم تقديم الخدمات كما هي، ولا نضمن أن تكون خالية من الأخطاء أو الانقطاعات.

  • المنصة غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام خدماتها.

8. تعديل الشروط

  • تحتفظ منصة الميدان بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيتم إخطار المستخدمين عبر المنصة أو البريد الإلكتروني.

9. القانون المطبق

  • تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأي نزاع يخضع للاختصاص القضائي لمحاكم أبوظبي.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Al Maydan Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be of legal age in their country or have parental/guardian consent to use the platform.

  • Registration requires providing accurate and complete information.

3. Accounts and Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

  • The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
